Ashwagandha is one of Ayurveda's most respected adaptogens, traditionally used to support a healthy stress response, restful sleep, and steady daily energy. Ancient Nutra Ashwagandha Powder is pure root powder you can stir into water, juice, or a smoothie.
Ashwagandha powder can be mixed into water, juice, smoothies, or warm milk. Start with a small amount, around half a teaspoon, and gradually increase as needed. Take it in courses rather than continuously: a one-week break after every 8 to 12 weeks of continuous use.
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Speak with your doctor before use if you have a thyroid condition, an autoimmune condition, or take sedatives or immunosuppressants. Stop use and see a doctor if you notice unusual tiredness, nausea, loss of appetite, dark urine, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.
How do I take the powder?
Stir half a teaspoon into water, juice, a smoothie, or warm milk, once or twice daily. Many people enjoy it in the evening as a calming bedtime drink.
Powder or capsules?
Powder lets you adjust the dose and mix it into drinks. Capsules are simpler for daily compliance. Both use the same Ashwagandha root.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No, Ashwagandha is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Speak with your doctor first if you have a thyroid or autoimmune condition, or take sedatives or immunosuppressants.
Made in Sri Lanka under BRCGS, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and ISO 22000.
