Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery
With standard delivery, your goodies will be processed and dispatched within just 1-2 business days from the time you hit that purchase button. Once we send it off on its adventure, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days. 

Express Delivery
Express delivery orders must be placed before 12pm local time. Orders placed after 12pm will be only shipped out the next day. Express delivery is only available for Colombo 1-15 and suburbs.

International Delivery
We are shipping to any destination and normally it will take 7-10 business days.

Returns/ Exchange Policy

Return standards and conditions

• Exchanges/return requests can be made within 7 days after receiving the package.
• You are allowed to return a product for any reason you see fit, including a change of mind. However in this case, you have to bear the return shipping cost. 
• Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
  
• Please be aware that innerwear, beauty & skincare items cannot be returned. 
• We reserve the right to make adjustments to returns if the original items are not received in a new and unused condition.

• In case the desired exchange product is unavailable, we will refund the money back. Please be aware delivery charges cannot be refunded. 

• If the reason for return is a change of mind or selecting the wrong product mistakenly. Then you have to bear the cost of returns. If there is any other reason we will bear the return cost.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive your return and verify that the product is eligible for a refund, we will process your request promptly, usually within 7 business days. 
• We will refund the money back to your given bank account. Please be aware delivery charges cannot be refunded.  
• Rest assured, we aim to handle the refund process efficiently and ensure you receive your money back without any unnecessary delays.
